Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. A beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before going to bed.
Melatonin contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag. Beneficial effects occur when 0.5 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for several more days after arriving at the destination.

Ingredients: maltodextrin, thickeners (cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids), anti-caking agents (tricalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), melatonin.

How to use: The Melatonin™ dietary supplement was developed for anyone having difficulty falling asleep, maintaining sleep or experiencing disruptions to their daily rhythm, such as time zone changes (jet lag).
Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet in the evening.
Net weight: 90 g (360 tablets per container, 250 mg each).
Warning: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a balanced and varied diet.
