Glucomannan in the context of an energy restricted diet contributes to weight loss. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy-restricted diet.

Ingredients: glucomannan from the root of the Konjac (Amorphophallus konjac), beef gelatin, thickeners (cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids), niacin (nicotinic acid amide), chromium (chromium (III) chloride), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

How to use: The purpose of this supplement is to help in the weight reduction process. Glucomannan in the context of an energy restricted diet contributes to weight loss.
Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules 3 times per day
